Discipleship Camp

 Ages 16 and up

This week of camp is for older campers age 16 and up. It is designed to spiritually challenge students who have worked at summer camps, served on mission teams, or been involved in local church ministry and/or community outreach in the past year.  There will be no staff this week. Instead, there will be 2 sets of dorm parents.  Campers will be responsible for their own actions and, although there will be no rules like curfew placed on them, the expectation is that they will honor God in all they do.  The mornings will be spent in chapel being taught what true ministry looks like.  Then campers will split into smaller groups to discuss what they have been taught.  The students will also be split into groups for kitchen duties such as preparing meals and cleaning up afterwards. The afternoons will be filled with fun challenges like the ones in Leadership Development Camp.  These challenges will teach students to be a team and stretch them to put into practice the truths they learn in the morning.
